Job Description :

  • Paper and electronic archiving of the documents of the Deanship of Student Affairs.
  • Coordinating various dates for meetings, official meetings, and administrative work related to the Deanship of Student Affairs, and following them up with external parties.
  • Preparing official letters, both on paper and electronically.
  • Coordination and organization of administrative work.
  • Organizing and implementing activities and events.
  • Accurate follow-up work with the Dean of Student Affairs.
  • Activate and follow up the electronic communication sites.
  • Acceptance of any assignment from the Dean of Student Affairs, commensurate with the vision and tasks of the university.

General Terms:

  • 1-2 years experience in the relevant field, fresh graduate can also apply.
  • Proficiency in English language, spoken and written.
  • Holder of UAE driving License.
  • Good command on computer skills, particularly MS office programs
