Job Summary

Manage the assigned business development in the assigned geographies and countries. The Incumbent is responsible for the profitable growth, managing the vision and strategy, implementing of a 3 year strategic plan, an annual operating plan and executing of these plans.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage the Customer base
  • Develop and implement a 3 year Business Growth Strategy
  • Achieve budget and growth targets
  • Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets for the business.
  • Grow the market share with regard to volumes and revenue (improve margins and gross profit) by interacting with Sales and key role players (Innovation and Operation)
  • Explore sales opportunities within customer base (Improve the scope and basket). Liaise with marketing, sales and R&D.
  • Build relationships with key customers.
  • Identify potential business opportunities.
  • Identify innovative ideas to deliver solutions and services to key customers.
  • Build a strong knowledge base of current products and its range.
  • Build, grow and communicate knowledge base of current and new International markets and their potential.
  • Build, grow and communicate the knowledge base of competitors (direct and indirect) to the business and its markets.
  • Strategically plan how to approach and convince potential new customers to use our products.
  • Develop proposals alongside sales and R&D.
  • Manage and create marketing material for key events and showcasing the solutions the business provide.
  • Have a good understanding of costing and P&L working.
  • Have a good understanding of cost in use from a customer perspective. Net effect on customer financial outcome.
  • Good articulation of customer needs to sales and innovations
  • Research global trends and activities within product and industry and share the info to concern stake holders.

Work experience requirement
  • Experience in International Business Development
  • 3-5 Year of experience in the assigned Industry in the assigned Market.
  • Experience of B2B Technical solution selling for assigned products.

Masters / Bachelor’s degree
