Our client is a leading provider of luxury yachts and marine services, catering to clients worldwide. Our client has established itself as a premier brand in the marine industry. From yacht sales and charters to comprehensive maintenance and support services my client offers a diverse range of solutions. Arabic speaker is a plus for this role however, not mandatory. Open to candidates globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively showcase Boat's products and services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets, preferably within the luxury goods or marine industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to business.
- Strategic thinker with analytical prowess and a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
