Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations governing the jewelry industry.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively, including ordering and replenishing stock, conducting regular audits, and minimizing shrinkage.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance the reputation and success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in jewelry store management, with a deep understanding of the jewelry market.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and suppliers.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management practices and experience in implementing effective inventory control measures.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of local regulations governing the jewelry industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
