As a Client Engagement Leader at Logic, you’ll be the driving force behind reinforcing our reputation as an industry expert. You should have extensive knowledge of the retail industry and a successful track record of managing trust-based relationships. You’ll excel in delivering large technology-driven projects, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and communicating effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the industry as you support Client Account Leads, manage the solutioning process, and drive revenue. Your exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills are invaluable in helping clients achieve their objectives. Client Engagement Leaders are considered the Innovators and Thought Leaders at the core of our business.

What you'll do
- Client Delivery Leadership: Successfully executing all aspects of client contracts and managing "Statements of Work."
- Client Account Leadership: Developing and delivering business through trust and value-led relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning Logic as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Reinforcing Logic's reputation as an industry thought leader by staying up to date with the latest trends and understanding the retail industry's context within global, economic, technology, and social trends.
- Team Leadership: Building and nurturing high-performing teams while actively contributing to Logic's reputation as a world-class company with exceptional talent.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a consulting firm, software provider, or retail organization (with data and analytics application experience).
- Proven experience in client-facing roles at the senior executive level, with exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of developing, selling, and delivering complex and impactful client engagements or internal projects.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously with various clients.
- General knowledge of market trends in Retail Data. Your individual experience will vary will but include knowledge in areas like AI/ML, Business or Merchandise Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Cloud Migration, ETL/ELT Design, Business Process Design, or Business Intelligence.
- CELs can be based anywhere in Dubai and must be able to work in such a way as to be able to serve clients in the major regional time zones
- Occasional travel may be required for corporate or client events
