Al Bilad Industries & Trading (BIT FURNITURE) is a manufacturing company established in 1993 and located in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handling urgent calls, emails and answering customer queries.
  • Prepares quotations by assessing client needs and collecting extensive details from the customer on exactly what the client require and evaluate company's capacity according to client's requirements.
  • Handling orders by phone, email and checking the orders have the correct description, prices and product numbers.
  • Inputting orders and prepares necessary documentation required for production, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required: Female
  • Preferred: Philippines National currently in UAE
  • A bachelor's degree in office/business administration or a related field.
  • At lease 6 months to 1 year experience in the same position (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
